Challenge

The brokerage processed 600+ lease agreements monthly, each requiring manual extraction of 40+ data points. The process consumed 160 staff-hours weekly and produced a 7% error rate that led to costly renegotiations.

Solution

We built an AI document processing pipeline that extracts structured data from lease agreements using OCR and large language models. The system handles multiple document formats, flags ambiguous clauses for human review, and populates the firm's CRM automatically.
